Everything is good includ staff assistance.

Breakfast are too early...

Overall: If you can offer discount for long-term stay will be better, ex: each night for 3 days stay will different to 1 day night.  (108831892)

Friendly staff, good location

I booked rooms "with shower" but it turns out that this does not mean that the rooms have toilets. This should be made much clearer when booking.

b+b very central and resonably priced.

if i had to travel with my family i wouldn't stay here.i used the b+b purely as a base to sleep and shower in as it was a bit grubby.

Overall: my stay was o.k.as i spent most of the time out of the b+b.though it was a bit grubby it was still a resonable price for central london.i personaly prefere to stay in cheap accommodation and use my money sightseeing.as aposed to looking for luxury accommodation.  (107941029)

Good breakfast, and helpful staff.

Extremely noisy. Lumpy bed. No kettle in the room. Nowhere to hang towel. Taps wouldn't turn off in the basin. Bare wires out of wall above sink. No toilet in room, which was not clear from booking online.

Overall: Disappointing.  (108917694)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
