Great place to stay! friendly staff, great rooms, beautiful location, all for an affordable price! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a few problems with the shower, but once we got it working it was great!

The hotel is in a good situation in a lovely area with many places to visit. The staff were welcoming and the food was excellent. We chose the hotel because it accepts dogs.

The tv was difficult to work owing to changeover to digital but this was quickly sorted out. The only other complaint, concerning placing of dustbins near our room entrance, was discussed with and accepted by the manager.

Overall: A pleasant stay. This is one of the few hotels in the area which cheerfully accepts dogs.  (108439903)

The owners of the hotel were lovely and very friendly. We stayed in an annex and it was a litle tired and old fashioned but clean and comfortable. A little expensive for an overnight stay.

Buffet side of breakfast a little boring. Croissants and nice breads would have been nice.

Overall: Ok for an overnight stay and maybe the other rooms are more modern but annex is peeling paint and blue bathroom suites. Very thin walls  (108158114)

The lady who served us in the bar to our meals and drinks was very pleasant and helpful.

Your company had booked us in as parents and two children. As we are well beyond retiring age it is singularly unlikely that we would have booked the room on that basis.

Overall: Very average food at well above average prices. This was the most expensive overnight stay we had in our entire holiday and the evening meal was decidedly 'deep freeze special'. We stayed at another venue booked through your company which was superior in every way and far less expensive, even taking into account a superb meal at a nearby resteraunt recommended by the proprietor.  (107744237)

The proprietor, his wife andall staff were friendly and concerned with customer satisfaction in a relaxing environment. they were very keen to give details of the area, where to go and what we might see.
