Everything was perfect, accomodation, food & staff

all the staff very profesional, friendly and always helpful, and made us both feel welcome. Lovely and warm in all the hotel, very clean, food exelent the breakfast of scrambled egg and smoked salmon was 'lush' yum yum the best i've tasted.
The only thing we could say bad about the hotel was the accessablity to the bath, my mother (partialy disabled) had difficulty getting in and out of the bath, it would have been more helpful to have hand rails to assist with stability and security for her safety. Its very difficult to focus on each individuals dissability needs as they can all be so complex.
Overall: All the staff were exelent and very patient with my disabled mother and made her feel special, they always had time for a chat (my mother loves to talk)and nothing was too much trouble for them. We really enjoyed out stay with you and thankyou again. (107606265)
Great location, very good staff, nice bed, nice pillows, good breakfast.
Room was small with no proper windows, there was no fixed shower or wallmount so you could have a proper shower, the taps were wrong for the sink, there was only an expensive fixed 3 course menu available for dinner.
Overall: Nice location but room just not up to scratch at this price. (99044542)
the hotel did not update the booking service website and did not offer equivalent or better accomodation when they belatedly informed me that the room i had booked was not available. i would urge anyone considering booking with this hotel to telephone confirmation of room availability if booking later than 48 hours prior to their stay.
