our suite was excellent with lovely views
number of staff seemed inexperienced, checkin was not very informative,asked for a hairdryer twice as there was not one in the suite, never got one. Breakfast service was extremely poor, we waited 45mins to get our breakfast on the sun morning, was okay, but lukewarm and for what we paid would have expected much better quality and service, the toast wasn't even toasted! When we asked politely where our breakfast was, we were told that it was because all orders came at once. There was one table of 6 and a couple of tables of 2, which I wouldn't say was busy, and a couple who came after us got thier breakfast before us! For the cost of the hotel I would have expected extra special service and it was extra poor service we got. We didn't get asked when we checked out, if everything had been okay, so felt there was no point saying, A shame hotel was lovely, but wouldn't stay there again with the quality of service we received. Staff were pleasant.attitude a bit too casual though, and some staff were young inexperienced and didn't seem to cope.
Overall: Hotel was lovely, enjoyed suite and views, but breakfast and general hotel service was seriously poor and on that I wouldn't pay the cost that we did to stay there again. (108889600)

My stay was very enjoyable...I would like to return with my family
Overall: Excellent. Accomadations were wonderful and service was Great! My round of golf on the Old Course was memorable...an historic links golf course, 6 degree C temperature and 30 mile an hour winds (a little cool for a Florida boy). I was told that this was the true links golf experience. Parred the Road Hole at #17 and missed a 12 ft birdie putt on 18. Life is Good!!! (107460911)
