Very friendly staff in restaurant and bar. Easy access by WIFI

Very noisy bedroom near main road traffic noise from 05:00. Computer system was not working wen I booked in

After reading some bad comments,i wasnt sure if i made the right decision..but i found it very clean,lovely room,comfy bed,needs a few touch ups,but its an old building.polite and helpfull staff..

The people were very nice, they showed us to our 'superior double room' which was was a fun room with a beamed ceiling, skylights, french doors and wonky entry way. It was a huge accommodation with a seating area.

The shower unit did not work at all. The hot water on demand unit in bathroom sink did not produce hot water. The room was hot and stuffy (not aired and smelled like there had been fire damage) and when we moved the fan that was provided, there was dust on the floor where the fan stood without being moved when vacuumed.

Overall: This was a very disappointing place when it could have been a lot of fun. It was in a great little village with lots of character and the people at the inn were pleasant.  (107984595)

We all agreed that the food served at the George and Dragon was good.

The bathroom window (ground floor) does not close or lock so leaves the property vulnerable. Linen did not seem particulary fresh. The noise from local teenagers who had obviously been drinking well into the night was disturbing and right outside our door. A less than relaxing break had by all because of this. There was an alarming smell of gas or mould coming from the built in cupboard. The staff are friendly and courteous however one or two not particularly informative.

Overall: Very uncomfortable stay. Would suit young people who enjoy the night life. We will not be returning.  (107964480)
