Excellent Service, very freindly and accomodating

Orange phone signal and with out a phone in the room this is a fairly major issue. I was just able to make calls but it was not straight forward. phone in house was offered.

friendly staff, warm welcome and loved the animals roaming free , good provision of tea , coffee,and bottled water in the room. towers nice and clean , nice stay and would return.

The bath mat was dirty and needs replacing and the heater and tower appered not to work. I am a electrician and all the circuit breakers was on , which seems to say the fuse in the unit needed replacing.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
