rooms warm,clean,good position close to the motorway, comfortable conservatory,
disappointed with the breakfast,price of drinks quiet high, no night porter on 1 night could have been locked out of hotel,view may be spoilt as a housing estate is being built adjacent to the hotel.
Overall: Reasonable used the hotel as a base for exploring the area, nice to get into a warm comfortable bed after a day of travelling around Northumberland and Durham (108128260)

Very friendly and obliging, and the room was very good with a superbly comfortable bed.
