Close to the westend, en-suite room, self service breakfast

Reception guy a bit grumpy, exposed cables on my room.

Overall: Not bad at all, I requested a late checkout and to be honest nobody rushed me in the morning Good value and good location. Ah, the shower pressure is really good compared to same category n&b.  (108337965)

location

room was not ready when we arrived. person who registered us was unhelpful and unfriendly. room was left unmade during our stay. no tea/coffee facilities.

Overall: for someone on a budget who doesn't mind unhelpful unfriendly staff this accomodation is adequate. otherwise it's worth spending a bit more and receiving a lot more.  (108367575)

Room was clean and good bedding-inn was near our distination which didn't need the use of a cab-Breakfast room was very clean and coffee and tea was available during the evening.

Entering the main door we did not see a reception desk-tried another door but it was locked-discovered on our own that the check in desk is an office down a very narrow stair in the basement-lock on the door did not have added inner locks for peice of mind. Continental breakfast was very basic-mattres left my back a bit out of sorts-the bathroom was VERY small with a shower stall, sink and loo all installed in a small space with little room to spair. We asked if we could get a wakeup call but was told they don't do one.

Overall: The inn was OK for the one night needed but would not consider a stay for more than the one night because of the bathroom, if nothing else. We are sure we wouldn't choose this B&B again even for one night.  (107470536)

check in person very helpful, also when i informed them that i had to leave i night earlier than booked they understood and did not charge me for the night.

Room, mould on the wall, poor lighting, cold cold cold no heating in the room, no electrical outlets - only one for the TV Which was two pronged, the cable for the TV was that you had to stick it in as their was no part on the end to screw it on to the TV. THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL (4) NIGHTS.

Overall: Cold 1 to the Bone throughout my stay, NOT ENJOYABLE  (107767621)

this place is a rat hole and should be shut down. I will never ever book another hotel off of the internet.

It is convenient place, near the station, bus stop and super market. Common ref and Microwave are available. Staff is very kind.

Towels and sheet were not replaced during the stays. Water heater is not clean. It is a little bit noisy outside the hotel on Friday and Saturday.

Overall: Kind staff, convenience place to visit wherever in London.  (108007378)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
