Clean, well maintained room. Friendly, welcoming hosts, complimentary bottel of wine in the room and a smashing breakfast.
Overall: A lovely hotel where we were made to feel welcome from the point of our arrival. The hotel provided everything we needed and made our weekend break a special one. (107544414)

The hotel had excellent food and beautifully decorated rooms. The coffee and tea making facilities were a nice touch and on returning to the hotel after a day out fresh towels and toiletries awaited us.The location of the hotel meant we were only minutes away from all the local attractions but were not disturbed by noise on the evening.Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definatley book this hotel again when we visit skegness.

Hotel has a good central position,staff were worm and friendly room was clean and tidy food was good but not included in price as expected when booking a B&B
decor could do with up dating, the loyalty bar closed at 10pm which for a couple like us having been out for a meal and returning around that time meant we could not sit and have a quiet drink
Overall: Vary pleasant three days and looking forward to visiting again (108816211)
