The automated booking machine was a bit long winded but a member of staff came straight over and talked me through, he was very helpful.
Overall: More selection for breakfast would help such as cereal or fruit and also hot food on a Sunday evening for those who have to drive up on Sunday night for early starts for business on Monday morning. (107364361)

Heating did not work after a certain time in the evening, it started again each morning, therefore the room was rather cold each time we came back to the room in the evening.
Overall: Even though there was not any "visuable" staff at the Lodge on the Park hotel, breakfast could be taken at Starbucks very close to the hotel. Rooms were cleaned each day. Dinner could be taken in the Hotel on the opposite side of the road. The room was very compfortable and modern and we had a very nice stay at the Lodge on the Parl Hotel. (107610435)
