Overall: My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We'd come to watch the Wales v New Zealand rugby game. Although the hotel was extremely busy the staff remained courteous and we would use this hotel again. (108203919)

Overall: I really enjoyed my stay at your Hotel in Cardiff the staff went out of the way to make me feel very welcome indeed nothing was too much trouble and the food I ate there was truly delcious (107361776)

Lovely clean room with very comfortable bed.
Enjoyed the meal in the restaurant, food was very tasty and value for money.
Car parking facilities.
Slight step into bathroom quite dangerous, friend and I both tripped over it. Couldn't get radio to work in room.
Overall: Enjoyed our overnight stay. Excellent location for our concert at the CIA. (108316987)
