Friendly although seemed overworked but always keeping a sense of humour. Service was fast. Staff at brealfast was there but waited to see of you wanted help before asking.Good

Lacking soul, but understandable for this type of hotel. Guiness in the bar would be a welcome addition.

Quick booking in and friendly service, good comfortable and clean accomodation

Only bad point was the internet service. I was charged £5+ approx to use the internet, this service was completely unusable. I intend to write in on this issue for a refund

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
