Overall: During the booking process one of the staff commented that she was not interested in checking my details when I asked her to process my payment online. The room was dirty the toilet was leakingwhen flashed. kettle for hot drinks was not functioning. We were told on checking in that breakfast would be saved from 6.30AM, waited for breakfast but the dinning room was closed so we checked out through the night porter and left without having breakfast. Pd £105 for a triple room matress had holes in it, linen was soiled and didn't attempt a shower! Had to shut bedroom door from the very bottom of the door and the door didn't shut right even then.Banister on stairs unsafe, loose wires and cables showing.

Overall: Was not worth £105 for a night have stayed at the novotel for £89 and had far superior accomodation.  (107848197)

I checked in at 10.50pm went up to my room, when I came down bar person would not serve me a drink at 11.00pm. Others still drinking at bar.That is after she told me they would be closing at 11.15 Room very Dirty and cold.

Overall: Not a nice place to stay.After driving a long way I only wanted one drink  (107156654)
