Pleasant & helpful reception staff. Comfortable room. Did not actually use the free WiFi but it is an important attribute.
Parking - not very happy about parking at the back of the Hotel and parking at the front meant going across a footpath that could be dangerous for pedestrians. Building in progress that was not made evident on booking.

THE HOTEL WAS MODERN AND CLEAN
We were told the bar would be open on the evening when we returned from our night out it was closed due to a wedding party, there are no shops in the area that you could go to buy anything i.e. snacks and drinks etc.the traffic noise in our accomodation was horrendous it was like having our bed on a motorway island,
Overall: We didnt enjoy our stay at this hotel and if there had been a hotel nearer to Wembley we wouldnt have booked it. (108790172)

The frierndliness and helpfulness of the staff was appreciated
The bath had aq crack and section missing. The (wooden) window was in a bad state of repair.

Good services from the hotel staff.
Small room for married couple with a child. The room is to pricey.
Overall: The room is poor for two adults with a child. It should have been a single room but was used for double room. The child cot we were promised on the internet before booking was non-existent. There was no fridge in the room but we were told on phone that the rooms have fridge. I did not enjoy the stay as I had to relocate to another place the next day. (108481519)
