Within easy walking distance of York centre and visitor attractions. Quiet location with parking. Pleasant friendly staff. Clean room.

Friendly staff, clean modernized/renovated room. Good breakfast.
Room was a bit small, but not an issue when only staying for the weekend.
Overall: Overall a really good weekend stay. Good food, nice room, friendly staff, good location - walking distance to the centre of york. I would recommend this hotel/B&B. (107748221)

Loved the room, staff were very friendly and helpfull, breakfast was great and all excellent value for money.
Wi-fi signal very weak from my room, it kept dropping out.

Welcoming and friendly hosts, clean, modern facilities, freshly cooked breakfast.
Room small and a little cold, but very cold weather.

My daughters and I found the boarding house very comfortable and the lady in charge was very couteous. She had a new man helping her and he was lovely and cooked a great breakfast (we were his guinea pigs !!) All in all would definitely recommend
