Location not as advertised, apartment was cold as the heating wasn't functioning properly, no hospitality items at all (no tea / coffee / soap), no pots (lids though...), no large bowls or serving dishes, no dish towels or kitchen roll, louvre windows were in disrepair, bath room wall mouldy, bedside lamp not working. Summary: cold, everything else about the apartment was, at best, basic.

Overall: Not "luxurious". Basic - at best. Not recommended.  (107325764)

The appartment was fantastic, very clean, decorated with taste and the location was ideal. The parking facility is also a bonus.

The bathroom was a real letdown - the grime on the tub was disgusting and the shower leaked. Also the shower gel bottle supplied was empty. It would be nice to be provided with shampoo and hand soap too, as well as extra towels (only two bath towels supplied for an appartment that sleeps four people).

Overall: A* rating if it wasn't for the state of the bathroom.  (107572705)

Location of Appartment, Secure parking and appartment. Value for Money

Could not figure out the air conditioning.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
