Untidy outside entrance (piles of crates of empty bottles left near door). Inadequate lounge area - unless we never found it because of lack of signs or information. Limited choice at breakfast. Lapses in professionalism in dining room eg used tablecloth left on floor, dirty plates piled in kitchen hatch.
