Clean Tidy Room
We waited half hour to order lunch and a drink. I asked for a tea spoon at breakfast the waitress took one from the next table also butter and jam the same. They were never replaced on the other table so the next guests had to REQUEST THE SAME. Checkout at 11am fine but knocked out of bed at 8:45am to service the room Just will not do.
Overall: The staff really need a shake up to be more attentive to the customers needs. I cannot believe also, that paying guests are not allowed to sit in the restaurant (which is also used by all as a Breakfast Room) for a Snack lunch and a drink. The overall experience for the cost was some way short of the standard required and delivered by the Ramada'S competitors (108492839)
