The staff is welcoming and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
Room was quiet and big.
The bathroom has not got any hooks or towel-dryer, so I have to undress in the room and dryed my towels after use in the room. Not nice at all.
There is not any list of useful telephone anywere. I had to go to reception to make a request because I had not any idea how to contact to reception.

breakfast was first class. staff friendly and efficient at all times

overall good value for money.
The shower plug was blocked, unhygenic was asked to use another shower but it had the same problem. Not a nice experience when you have half taken a shower and then asked to trek in a bathrobe with towel to another shower which has the same problem. They REALLY need to sort this out.
