We had a fantastic meal at your restaurant where the service was first class, location of hotel is excellant

One of our rooms was at the very top of the house and was very small with extremely low ceilings and cost the same as the other room which was very nice.

The single room I was given was certainly not worth the money. It was dark and depressing and to charge

Our room had a great view of the river, lots of light, and a view of the castle/museum. The bed was comfortable and large. For some reason a room had not been assigned for us, although reception was able to see our reservation in their system. When she assigned a room, she upgraded us to a river view to make up for the inconvenience.

The bathroom was a bit dark, and the modern, half glass screen inadequate for the design. Had I not been very careful, I would have drenched the floor by a normal shower.

Overall: The location is good, and the staff accommodating. Sound travels quite well through the interior of the hotel, so we did hear people coming and going. I'm not sure that there's anything that can be done about that.  (97038378)
