The staff were very friendly and the restaurant lovely and the food was excellent
The only disappointment was the coolness of the hot water in the taps and the coldness of the shower which was unusable because it was so cold both in the early evening and the morning.

Friendly staff, helpful and courteous. Food very good and well stocked bar. Very well equipped room and bath and very comfortable bed.
Hotel was very hot even though there didn't seem to be any heating on. The name change from Lakes Court Hotel to Hallmark was not communicated by Active Hotels so we had trouble finding it.
