Excellent location with great views. Patio area overlooking river severn Briiliant location for all local tourists i.e. 2 mins from Cathedral

Room very basic (old fashioned)

Overall: We had a great time. The hotel was not as good as expected (old fashioned) but overall we really enjoyed it. Food in hotel was good and it was very local to the city centre (5 mins walk)  (108310185)

staff was very nice and helpfull. I even needed to reschedule my visit and reduce one night, but they were ok with that and didn't charge me anything. nice location, nice atmosphere.

Location is very nice, Staff pleasant,Food ok

Room poor condition, we had the superior room the most expensive and was disapointed with the decoration, facilities & size. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the web site. Bathroom was very poor, sink was loose, toilet did not flush correctly.

Overall: we expected a better quality room for the money we paid, as per comments ABOVE, WE PAID FOR THE BEST ROOM, AND IT WAS VERY POOR.  (107665579)
