No one there to give me keys on arrival; had to wait, Key didn't open frront door and had to knock to get back in, wasn't asked what I wanted for breakfast; was presented with full English fried breakfast even though I am vegetarian, even though it was raining heavily the night I arrived, the heating was not on in the morning

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
