The charge for dogs seems excessive when you don't charge extra for young children
Overall: Dining area a bit souless

Booked via internet and confirmation received. Booking was not advised to hotel. This caused my wife and I some hassle. Took time (and 2 staff members) to sort out.

Very clean hotel with really helpful staff. Breakfast was a good selection as it is advertised as continental. We were also given a take away breakfast as we left the hotel very early one of the mornings.
Sound proofing is lacking. You can hear people shutting doors and in the room next door. I had some interesting explaining to do to my four year old!
Overall: Very good. Would stay again, but ask for a room at the end of the corridor not near the lift where the traffic is busiest.

Very functional and modern hotel well suited for Eurotunnel.
Not easy to find on return from France via shuttle.
Overall: Enjoyed the stay and would use this hotel again.

So easy to deal with. Great receptionist! Clear, simple and relaxed. Offered the excellent Early Leaver breakfast straight away and asked if we would be wanting a meal (we arrived at 10.00pm). Check-out was equally good and we left with a smile! Many other hotels in the UK could learn from these staff members how to do it right.
Cistern was a bit hard to push on the toilet.....
Can't think of anything else negative at all.
Overall: This was our second stay at this hotel on route to Belgium.
We will always use it for the Chunnel stop-overs based on this quality.
