Rooms clean, staff efficient, pool looked good as did the outdoor play area for children.

Room was small, shower was old and hard to use. There was no hairdryer or shampoo etc and decor was outdated-Double bed in room and not much space, and any noise from the stairway and next rooms was easily heard.

Overall: Room cost include breakfast that was reasonable and the service was good overall. Room needs updating and was very small, but it was clean. TV was small,with only 4 channels but may be better without one unless the noise is kept down for other guests comfort after 11:30pm.  (108640845)

Very good value for money. Good breakfast served at table by staff - very nice and nowdays different.

No real bad points

Hotel was very clean and staff were verry polite

Staff exceptionally polite and helpful.

The hotel is in need of the Hotel Inspector from the TV series to visit. There was hair in the plug hole of the bath and sink....a big no no - I puled it out and flushed it down the loo. There was a buscuit wrapper on the floor by the bed. The glass in the bathroom window was clear but covered with a net curtain. This is fine in the day but not at night. The fixtures and fittings within the room were old and tired, not ideal for a business traveller. Breakfast was good food was fine though it was odd that the conserve was presented in an ice cream dish and not those little portion pots you get and the same with the sugar. The coffee pots were of the old type that dribble no matter how you try and pour them....again service was excellent.
