Room and linen was very clean. Kettle, cups, glasses, etc available.
Staff friendly enough.
Room was VERY hot. Decoration bit dated. Busy main road but it did quiet down. Walls not very sound proof - was woken by couple in room next door arriving back at 3am.
Overall: Ok but nothing special. Thought £54 was a bit much for the quality of the hotel. Tried to charge £63 on check out as internet price wasn't entered. (108106424)

Was pleased that the note about taking dogs had been passed through. This was good as some charge extra for dogs if allowed at all. This was why we chose this particular hotel
The initial reaction when pulling up was a little disappointing 'til we got to the bedrooms

We found the staff friendly and the accommodation comfortable and reasonable
We arrived on a thursday evening and were told breakfast was from 7am, which was fine friday morning, but when we went down for 7am on saturday it was closed. As we had a fairly early start we could not wait around for it to open. At no time were we advised of a later breakfast time for the weekends. Hence we were very dissapointed, hungry and not at all happy at not having a decent breakfast or cup of tea before the long day a head
Overall: Generally we were happy with the service and the attitude of the staff but Meal times etc should be more clearly stated or advertised to avoid dissapointement and other arrangements to be made for those having an early start. A possibility may be a pre-packed cold breakfast, perhaps a sandwich and a piece of fruit. (107582842)
