Hotel was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in Manchester center for a night out, and it was not a problem coming back to the hotel at 3.30am, just rang the bell and the gentleman was happy to open the door for us. staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definatley consider staying there again.

Bad location,tv only had 1 working chanel and that was fuzzy,bed linen was not Ironed,the carpet had burns and sticky bits on it,had to waite ages for hot water.the room was more like a dormatory

Overall: shabby chic,anybody travelling from manchester on foot, make sure you get off tram at trafford bar then you right outside, not like us walking for miles before we found it.  (107727866)

Great location in relation to metro and town centre. Very clean room and staff exceptionally helpful.

Very friendly hotel staff; 24-hour staffed desk; very convenient to public transportation; some rooms en suite

Won't refund money if you decide to shorten your stay; not every front office employee knows how to work the office register and computers to provide receipts, which limits your choices for when to depart; extra charge (percentage) to pay by credit card rather than debit card.
