Staff excellent, food exceptional, facilities very good, general decor good, a pleasant and relaxing hotel to stay in.

Mattress soft/worn out, wallpaper pealing in bedroom, not up to the standard that you expect from a 4 star hotel.

Overall: Wish we had stayed longer, but if we had it would have been in a different room!  (107298355)

Excellent restaurant. Public areas very good Pleasant, helpful staff

Room was not ready on time. Room decor needed revamping,Kettle plug was dangerous, poor reception on tv.

Overall: As a member I received 25% discount. Had I paid the full price I would not have felt I had value for money  (108027479)
