A cleaner walking into the room at one point in the morning without knocking first! Fortunately I wasn't in a state of undress. Shower wasn't particularly powerful.

I bookd over the internet. However, on the day of booking in the hotel rang to say my debit card was declined for some reason. I sorted it out, but if I hadn't got email direct from hotel and arrived there, my room would have been given to someone else. You need to ensure that DEBIT cards are properly accepted otherwise guests could be caught unawares because they hadn't used CREDIT card.

Booked as a triple room but only sufficient towels, cups etc for two. But please see above; breakfast seating arrangements seemed a bit inadequate at busy times
