Staff were polite and efficient. WiFi connection was good.
Room looked like it was being renovated. Handle missing from inside of bathroom door. Toilet sometimes kept filling until flushed a second time. Headboard was on floor, instead of on wall. Noise from other guests was excessive and included noise at 2 o`clock in the morning.
Overall: Adequate but my last stay at the Golden Strand was better. This time I was put in the Royal Guest house, this is a second rate hotel compared to the Golden Strand but the price is the same. Very unfair. (108629695)

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and the staff were friendly.
Good breakfast ... fresh orange juice, yoghurt, cereal, eggs, beans, toast and jam, tea or coffee.
Room was cold. Radiator didn't come on in the evening or the following morning.
Had to wait for breakfast as the breakfast room was full.

Roooms are extremely small and old.
