Clean, tidy, well appointed and secure rooms. Excellent breakfast. Very close to cricket groung. Excellent value for £40

No bar facilities open in the evening

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Overall: Great facility close to the City Centre. All elements of the stay worked well for me. If I visited Birmingham again, I would stay here. Geat value for money.  (107150509)
