I have stayed here before as it's ideal for the HMV Forum in Kentish Town. Will use again.

Room clean and welcoming, nice conservatory.
Arrival - receptionist was notvery welcoming, he did nor explain about key system well. He never offered to help with luggage ( did not hane much in fairness) He never offered to show us to room, just pointed in vauge direction of stairs. Also no advice on how to get back in if we were going to be late returning. Also on way to hotel we telephoned for directions, we were about 300 metres away, near a small tesco and he did not know where he was in relation.
Overall: Good, however towels too small , most people would struggle with the small towels. Also not enough milk on hospitality tray , breakfast was basic some fruit and croisants might be nice . Maybe a Local map in bedroom in a guest pack with local attractions, restaurants etc. (108917435)

Overall: Missed out on the breakfast both mornings as I tend to enjoy a lie in when I'm on a w/e break. It would have been nice if breakfast had been served a little later (108837494)
