Friendly family that run the hotel. Well located for my means with 3 young children. Overall a typical Blackpool hotel.

Family room a bit cramped. Could have done with a bath besides the shower.

No good points!!!

The hotel was in bad state of hygiene and decor. I wouldn't keep my dog there.

There staff were pleasent

The room was in a poor state of repair, with old furniture. It was small and cramped. The bathroom was very dirty and the shower was outdated and not fit for purpose. The tv had a poor reception. The breakfast room was very cold. The breakfast was average and meat based. No fresh fruit was provided. The hotel was overpriced compared to properities with smiliar locations. The 'tiny' lift was difficult to use with suitcases. Overall it was very run down and not worth the price asked.

Overall: I was dissapointed with this hotel, I would not book again. There is better value to be had at a number of other Blackpool hotels with a similar location which provide a higher standard of room and better facilities.  (107735117)
