Very pleasant and helpful staff

Convenient parking
Room was small, cluttered and very hot. Air conditioning was available but had not been switched on prior to our arrival.
Room was over kitchen so this added to the heat, smells and noise. I believe we were the only residents in the hotel that night so it was surprising that we were given what must surely be the worst room in the hotel!

Hotel and room facilities, cleanliness etc.
Lack of staff on reception. None of the taxi numbers provided were still in service. Wasn't informed about the need to know a code to get back into the hotel after dark so was locked out at 1am!
Overall: Loved the hotel itself but some of the staff were very dosy and didn't seem too interested in keeping us happy. (107596599)
