All was fine and enjoyable apart from ref. comment in "summary of bad points"

Sorry but breakfast was an absolute mess - very poor service, very poor food, dirty tableclothes, staff noisily chatting both in restaurant and outside, not a pleasurable experience and in fact bought breakfast out-side the Hotel on the last 4 of our morning's staying at Hotel.

Complessivo: Shame about the Breakfast's because otherwise staying was a pleasure. We visit Tees-side 2 or 3 times a year and are thinking whether staying with you again is worth the risk as a good Breakfast is the start of the day. (108530505)

In my room I found dirty socks from the previous guest, and the toilet handle almost fell off everytime you flush. The floor was extremely noisey to walk on -the next room woke me up when they walked on the floor early in the morning.

Accommodating & Helpful Staff, Clean Room, Massive Bed & Good Food

Complessivo: Although we were only guests for 1 evening each member of staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome. Our room was massive and had an extremely comfy kingsize bed. The coffee shop & restuarant served lovely food. (108871320)

A beautiful hotel and very welcoming. We had a restful and very pleasant stay. Our room was lovely, very spacious and our granddaughter who was travelling with us had a wonderful time

C;ean and Tidy Hotel. Rooms good size. Bed good size. Luckily away from Nightclub. Friendly staff at reception

Hotel bit dark but mainly due to low voltage lighting Picture in room 123 upside down!!!!

Complessivo: Only stayed overnight and had to leave early so no experience of meals etc. Hotel itself fine and would use it again. (108369814)
