Location, clean, well equiped, good rooms, comfortable

We called @ 19:00 and asked for very late check-in (~24:00) as we got tickets to Manchester football game, this got the worker very angry though we were willing to pay extra 50 - this was unexpected nor justified

Manager and staff very pleasant and helpful. Light airy room. Very good breakfast. central location.

New mattresses needed in our room and our friends' room - the mattresses were really not up to the standard expected given the cost of the accomodation. Loose tiles in bathrooms - could be a hazard.

Overall: Overall a reasonably comfortable stay - but we felt it was overpriced.  (107708929)

Cosy and comfortable and ideally situated in the heart of Bowness.

Overall: Easy 24 hr access, provided with parking permit for nearby location. Clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. We have stayed before, and will return again.  (107455497)
