Staff were extremely professional and friendly. The facilities were great especially for the cost. Restaurant prices were very fair and great quality food.
No bad points.
Overall: If this is the standard of all diamond resorts, we will become regular visitors to this and other hotels...great job...well done.

Cleanliness, facilities, lay-out, value for money.
None except for the freezer door being open so the ice had built up outside the drawers and it wouldn't close. Left a note for staff reporting it so they could defrost it.
Overall: Excellent accommodation. Comfortable and luxurious without being expensive. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again (dependant on room rate available).

Accomodation and facilities very good
Poor drainage of the invalid shower room due to waste hole badly sited and insufficient gradient.
Overall: Excellent facilities but restaurant menu lacks variety.
