Tha accomodation was top quality. The standard of the room and fitting was of the highest order. The breakfast was excellent.

My only dissapointment was with the sample menu that was placed in the room. The meals listed were overpriced and did not reflect the meals that were available in the bar. We decided to eat out based on the sample menu but later regretted our decision when we saw the menu in the bar. We also found the meal times, 7.30 to 8.30 for breakfast and 6.30 to 7.30 for dinner restrictive.

Overall: Would recommend this establishment to long or short stay travellers.  (108114767)

Fabulous well equipped designed room with excellent facilities & cleanliness. Lovely setting & handy to get out & about in Norfolk. Quiet & relaxing. Young staff were very helpful & attentive whilst owners were reminiscent of Basil & Sybil Fawlty.

No bathroom sundries such as shampoo etc. Hotel/pub itself has seen better days & let down the wonderful room. Food overpriced & limited choice. No chance of sandwich for lunch! Breakfast needed ordering the night before & with a time slot within just 1 hour & served in bar full of owners dogs. Room's heating only came on about 3p.m on timer so if return to room during the day then v.chilly. When working was effective.

Overall: Room glorious but owners need to pay more attention to details of delivery of all cuisine & customer service since they could have a goldmine & plenty of repeat business aswell as more local diners if they weren't stuck in a rut & thought about the customer rather than them being seen as "cash cows"  (108946170)

Excellent room. Nice location.

Breakfast service erratic, too early for holiday. Food good but very overpriced. Kitchen staff different every day. Had to ask for everything. Poor maintenance service(had to fix own bath). Main restaurant area (lovely) often closed.

Overall: Nice, but good service would have made it even better.  (108742550)

Room was excellent, modern, well appointed and clean. The breakfasts were very good! Well cooked and well presented.

Although accommodation was separated from the pub and the pub was a little run down the evening meals had to be taken BEFORE 7.00 pm and BEFORE 6.00 pm on Sunday. Sorry, but not what we are looking for on holiday!

Overall: The location is lovely. Pub needs a little attention and meal situation needs to be resolved, otherwise a very pleasant stay in superb modern accommodation.  (108972741)
