Very nice clean hotel.All staff very friendly and helpful.The bath had a very usefull support bar to help my wife to get in and out of the bath.
Overall: Very enjoyable weekend stay would recommend to anyone who would like a friendly stay in Aberdeen. (108384358)

Leisure facilities were very good , with very warm jaccuzi. Staff were friendly and efficient.
All dining was from the same menu. False Fire alarm.

Swimming pool open late.
There was no water in hotel on night we stayed and it was not until I phoned up when trying to fill bath that I was aware of this fact.
No lift which I found very strange in modern hotel.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
