Nice Hotel for able bodied people.
I booked a disabled room which I confirmed over the phone before my arrival only to find at check in that the disabled room had been given away to a large booking and I was left with a totally unsuitable room. This ruined my stay. Reception said they had double booked my room. Able bodied people got the disabled room.
Overall: The disabled access to the health suite was poor and the duty Manager could not operate the lift which meant an unacceptable delay. (107743044)
