The Hotel was very clean. Loved the big bed in our room. The food and drink prices at the hotel were some of the best we've seen.

Very polite staff. Late checkout as an easy option. Problem with the original room allocation (mattress was in need of repair) which was resolved very quickly and we were allocated a new room.

No fridge in the room. Aircon was a little noisy. Allocated a room which was not fit for our stay (although rectified quickly on request). The bar area was very warm (no aircon)

Overall: Very pleasant. Hotel was well priced. Catered for all our needs. Staff on the whole were polite and friendly. Gym and pool looked impressive but didn't get the chance to benefit from them.  (107770815)
