dirty, smoky, no sky channels as advertised, poor service, no towel rail, cigarette burns in carpet, lumpy, soft bed, litter in the room, and on the flat roof outside the window, to name a few. fire alarm going off continuously for no reason.

Receptionist tried to book us into their sister hotel - did not take her up on the offer.

We did not stay, we booked into another hotel Room smelt of smoke - allergic to cigarette smoke.

Overall: Couldn't stay once I had gone into the bedroom  (107947042)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
