Staff pleasant and friendly. Very helpful. Rooms large and clean.

Poor maintenance - had to move rooms 3 times until got one with a working AC. at breakfast they ran out of eggs!!!

Overall: General bad management - pity because the location is good as are the staff.  (108749195)

Everything, from beginning to end was very efficient and worked smoothly. The staff were magnificent. They have obviously been selected carefully and trained to a high standard. They could not have been more firendly, helpful or courteous. They also seemed very happy in their work and were working very well as a team. Leadership, empowerment and accountability appear to be strong features of this hotel and perhaps the company as a whole. I will be using your hotels again and will be recommending them to others. I had to change booking over the phone and staff were really friendly and helpful, this continued once we had arrived. Room was large and clean and bed was comfortable.

Our only complaint would be the noisy floor boards in the room above. You could hear every step of the person above and it woke us up every morning.

Overall: Have never stayed at a Premier Inn before and I have to say I really wasn't expecting much. I was really surprised at how nice, clean and comfortable it was.  (107967227)

Excellent value for money, helpful staff.

On the second night there were some very loud and aggressive guests in a nearby room who woke us serveral times with their swearing and persistant door banging. This was no fault of the hotels.

Overall: The manager refunded our second night, so overall our experience was good and we were compensated for our rather poor second nights stay.  (108246538)
