Convenient friendly comfortable

Difficult to stop shower curtain sticking to you! Not really sure what you can do about this though. Breakfast very slow one morning, but fine on other two.

Brilliantly located for RHS Wisley & Hampton Court Palace. Lovely fluffy towels and comfortable bed.

Understaffed in bar. Breakfast waiting staff don't seem to be trained that well, because they would bring stuff to the table, but didn't take away dirty plates at the same time. Noisy disco if there's a wedding, although did stop at midnight.

Overall: We did enjoy our visit to the Ship, but would have liked more information on the local area. Nobody seemed to know where the river was located and if we hadn't planned our visits to Wisley & Hampton Court we would never had known they were both only 6 miles away.  (108440835)

A good hotel, in a convenient location, giving very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent, which is always a bonus when staying for just one night.

Staff very pleasant and helpful, all areas of the hotel including rooms very clean.

Found nothing bad during my stay.
