Breakfast excellent. Room quiet and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Late access to room on booking in. Bed not made for day 2 . Access stair to rooms was very dirty.Lack of parking spaces close to hotel.

Overall: Adequate for a weekend stay but no longer. Fair value for money but rather lacking in customer appeal and polish.  (108202225)

Soft furnishings in entrance, on stairs and in bedromm used looking rather tired.

Very friendly , helpful staff. Food excellent.Rooms clean and comfortable.Position in town good.

entrance hall to hotel in dire need of decoration and new stairs carpet.This did not give a good impression and, on entry ,we were a little apprehensive - the state of the carpet causing most concern.
