We changed rooms to 84 it was very nice and new, just outside was the courtyard strange but nice, staff were helpful.
Arriving at the hotel they didn't have our booking so we waited a long time to check in. The room that we were given was terrible 108, very tired and furniture worn and smelt of paint.

A fantastic new part to the hotel. Well equiped .
THe breakfast was out of this world never had better.
Its not abad point but the resterant in the Kings side needed more staff
THe head waiter was doing lots of other jobs, when she should have been atending to th dinners.Because of this our table was ready at 9 as booked but we was not seated till twenty past nine. A small point but could put you of for the next time.

Food in restaurant was very good
Booking was incorrect, i had booked a family suite in Kings however on arrival was offered a family room in queens, I refused this and was then offered 2 rooms in kings, thankfully my son was old enough to stay in a room on his own, had i been travelling with a younger child this would have been unsatisfactory
