There were no good points as we were not greeted by any body - We did find a helpful Cleaner who told us there were two rooms available and made us a cup of tea whilst we waited for somebody to come and register us
There was no reply when we rang reception - on the street for 30 minutes waiting for somebody to come - Eventually rung to say that there was no room for us (see Good?? points above. Another wait and then a call to say that we could have a room at a hotel 10 minutes walk away. No apology no promise to help us - no service at all. Decided to go to a nearby hotel where our daughter and family were staying in the hope of finding a room which we did at a price £45 above the price we were hoping to pay at the Langham
Overall: You and your staff almost ruined our stay in London and obviously have no idea that any of the above has happened or you would not have issued this questionnaire.. We booked the Langham as it was within walking distance of Shoreditch Town Hall where we were attending a Wedding reception - having travelled 3 hours by train the welcome we received was underwhelming to say the least. Got an upgrade to the penthouse duplex apartment suite.
Reception staff were really helpful, polite and friendly. They rang in advance to ask about my check-in time - very efficient!
Fab location.
Plug points would be better placed nearer the mirrors.

There was no one available to check me in for over 1.5 hours of waiting after multiple calls to the reception number which continuously went to voice mail!
There was a terrible aroma in the bathroom and kitchen area. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There were stains on the cushions on the bed.
The bedside light did not work. The TV was not programmed correctly and could not hold a channel.
There was so much noise in the night I was unable to sleep and had to leave! The place was simply dispicable!
Overall: This was a very poor place and I left in the night to find another hotel! I can never recommend this place to others, nor my company! (107763240)
Room fine, no hotel service, bed and towel changes. Had to buy electricity adapter for UK outside.
Nobody available at the desk, had even difficulty getting in.
