I have stayed at Malvern Spa before and it is fabulous. No faults and great breakfasts, cooked individually

The Spa facilities were excellent. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very comfortable.

The position on a trading estate isn't ideal. The restaurant meal was expensive and not particularly good. The scallops were delicious but the halibut was over-cooked. When we arrived we found that we had a room with a shower and no bath. That was not evident when we booked the room online.

Overall: We enjoyed our stay here. We found out that if we had phoned up we may have been able to negotiate a special deal.  (108503970)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire.
