the staff were very good and they were very helpful. the room was lovely and clean and so was the bathroom. the only thing i felt was missing was a bar and dining room

i really feel that your staff really emphasise to all guests that it is a no smoking hotel and that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. in the two nights i stayed there i was woken twice on the friday night and once on the saturday with the smoke detectors going off. this really didn't give me a good nights sleep on either night.

Overall: i reaaly enjoyed it and would stay again and recommend it to friends for value for money  (108350832)

Excellent Staff, Nice breakfast Comfy bed and spacious (double) room

Previously forewarned about room 207!! It's the only dowmside to the whole hotel.

Overall: Helpful Staff. Very reasonable comfy double room. Very close to town centre and free parking close by after 6PM  (108884796)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
