The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent!!

An inexperienced staff member said that there appeared to be a fault with the booking. Another staff member came over, apologised and sorted out the issue.

Overall: I would recommend this hotel to anyone.  (108499069)

Clean - and the staff were quite attentive, what there were of them.

I think having to pay for parking is a bad idea - it may affect our decision to stay again in the future. When we first arrived the air conditioning was blasting out and the room was freezing.

Overall: Fair - your hotel is very impersonal but it is handy for the centre of Lincoln.  (107680302)
